· Experience in preparing Business Intelligence Road map.

· Total IT experience of 10+ years and Data Modeler experience 5+ yrs

· Good experience is modeling for Transaction systems and BI systems.

· Diverse system integration experience and architecture.

· Experience with data modeling in general and being able to lead data modelers.

· Good Communication skills

· Good Coordination skills across teams

Must be able to translate technical issues into business issues and/or functionality and vice versa.
Ability to work in a matrixes environment. Self-starter who can work without a lot of supervision or direction, willing to make decisions without checking with others.
Must be able to be productive immediately, i.e. top 25%. Lower level candidates will only hurt the project and be rejected. These need to be cream of the crop resources to help hit tight deadlines
