Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of experience with Agile/SCRUM system development methodologies.
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with Medicare and/or Medi-Cal.
Minimum two (2) years of experience with large scale integration of a centralized state system with numerous geographically diverse local systems and organizations.
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a project manager on IT projects having a minimum one-time cost of two (2) million dollars.
Experience and/or familiarity with Enterprise Architecture (EA), Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA), Enterprise Services Bus (ESB) technology and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Project Management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a degree in Project Management or related professional training.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience managing healthcare IT projects.
Experience with specialized software used for analyzing, developing and/or testing Web Services interfaces, such as Techwriter for Web Services, <oXygen/> XML Developer and/or SOAP UI Pro.
