Title: Business Analyst (E-Commerce)
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Duration: 1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Work with business teams to conceptualize and design web IT Software specifications.
- Identify, understand, and capture business vision and be able to relate business vision to implementable solutions.
- Develop functional documentation specifications to business users, technical programmers and DBA's to ensure that systems perform as designed and deliver expected results.
- Assist in the design and development of complex distributed information technology web systems for use in the eCommerce and mobile (mCommerce) space.
- Create wireframes, page mock-ups, and Use Cases with detailed practical and contextual specifications and web mockups.
- Analyze complex web and information technologies as it relates to eCommerce and mCommerce transactions
- Perform Project Management duties as required and maintain and work towards project delivery per the published department schedule.
- Assume full accountability for coordinating and facilitating the gathering of project details.
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks in varying phases of the project delivery lifecycle. Distill and effectively communicate documentation to a wide audience.
- Assist in the creation of test scripts to verify code changes are working as designed.
- Review test cases for any code changes that are being made as a result of design documents created.
- Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all code being pushed into production.
- Recommend and drive solutions in an innovative and collaborative manner that strengthens project execution.
- Understand and capture existing user experience flow and recommend improvements.
- Create prototype visual and contextual designs in a collaborative manner with cross-functional international teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Process Improvement Experience (Six Sigma) is nice to have
- eCommerce Experience is highly desired
- Required Project Management experience
- Merger & Acquisition Experience is highly desired
- Have proven ability to understand, manage and lead highly complex projects from conception through implementation.
- Be able to demonstrate clear and effective thought process as well as clarity and simplicity in writing and communication.
- Strong written and presentation skills using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Past experience documenting and creating Project Requirements, Wireframes, Mockups, Use Cases, and IT Software Specifications.
