Senior Java Developers

Location:  Can sit in Minneapolis or Miami

Contract:  12 to 18 months

 

·         eCommerce is Highly Desired

·         Experience troubleshooting applications performance is very important - these applications can have up to 5000 users on them concurrently so inquire about statistics like this

·         These are high transaction sites

 

Technology:

·         Java/J2EE

·         JSP

·         Websphere 8.5 (the more IBM development tool exp, the better) Weblogic can be substituted but NO Tomcat, or IIS - they aren't applicable

·         Struts Framework is required

·         Some exposure to the front end - not making the data pretty, but just getting it there to the front end team

·         REST services HUGE plus
