Duration:- FT / Contract-to-hire / Contractor
Job Description:
Primary Skills: (Mandatory)
Adobe Live Cycle Designer and Process ES2, Java, J2EE
Secondary Skills:
SOA, WSDL, SOAP, XML, IBM LQ , CMSA 3.0
Project Details (Please define the type of work. Will it be for a website development/ Web application development or Support and Maintenance):
The Global Claims Correspondence solution is implemented in Production in March, 2012 in a staggered manner. The Core Application Maintenance team is in place to:
* Respond to Level 2 and 3 Production Support questions for the ESB and Adobe (CMSA) services that process all requests for iCorrespondence
* Diagnose incident, perform root cause analysis, update the Business/end users and close the assigned tickets
* Provide Production Break Fixes which require technical changes/updates for implemented Forms/Letters built as part of the iCorrespondence project
* Provide Maintenance Support services
* Work on minor enhancements
* Working on User Inquires and Adhoc Requests
Job Roles / Responsibilities (If it's a team lead position or the candidate needs to have prior onsite/ offshore experience etc):
* Provide Support for Live Cycle architecture
* Coordination with the interfacing team for changes/issues in the interfacing systems
* Work with LiveCycle resources to ensure timely delivery of worked upon items for Production Bugs and Enhancements
* Work on Adhoc Requests and Inquiries on the implemented forms/letters
* Provide Support for implemented ESB services
* Providing inputs for design and providing overall technical guidance to the project team
* Raising the ECC requests for new changes to move to production
* Coordination with Middleware team to implement the ECC for new changes
