We need a IVR developer for one of our clients in Omaha NE.
It is a 6+ months contract and extendable.
IVR Developers.: TWO
Avaya Portal, Java, VXML. Avaya IVR Developers.
The IVR Developer will work as a member of a team that has responsibility for the developing applications that enhance our customer's experience. The developer will assist with programming, reporting, and troubleshooting our primary IVR application. The team supports regular IVR application releases that include development and test cycles requiring coordination. The IVR environment is an Avaya Experience Portal, but specific knowledge is preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities: Assist the IVR developers with maintaining and enhancing the existing VXML application. Coordinate testing within IT and also with the business. Assist in troubleshooting development and production issues. Job Qualifications: Strong knowledge of VXML, CCXML, Java, SQL, and Linux. Support of IVR apps in Tomcat web server environment. Solid understanding of web service integration and implementation. Possess methodical troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and attention to detail
They have to be onsite for security reasons, no working remote.
