TECHNICAL ROLE
Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Workbrain Workforce Management suite of applications
WorkBrain/Infor API development
Web Interface development
Experience developing Infor extensions and Forms
Shift Bidding, Shift Trading, OT signup, Shift giveaway customizations and development required
Experience building WorkBrain/Infor Time and Attendance and scheduling rules
The ability to create custom alerts
Minimum of 3 years implementation experience
Creative problem solving and business judgment
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience working independently without daily supervision
Client management experience required
Project management experience preferred
Experience integrating Workbrain with HRMS/HRIS systems
