Job Title: Business Analyst Consultants with SAP QM
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 2+ Months Contract
The assignment is expected to last 2-2 ½ months with potential for extension.
2 positions would likely be local to MPLS and 2 positions would require some domestic travel to production plants.
Qualifications
Required:
5 + years of SAP Design and Implementation experience in Quality Management (QM):
Proven record of interacting with multiple business units and functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people
Proven conflict resolution skills
Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
Experienced working with ambiguity
Strong problem solving/decision-making skill
Experience leading and influencing others, including senior level personnel
Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues
Project demands may from time to time require work during non-standard business hours. An example would be during a system
implementation at a plant which can only happen during scheduled downtime.
Preferred:
Past project management experience
Experience with:
SAP QM Configuration
Specifications
Inspection Plans
Inspection Lots
Inspection Results
QM Master Data
Outbound Inspection Processing
Previous Lab Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment
Quality Notifications
Work experiences across multiple lines of businesses
Ability to identify information required to make critical business decisions
Familiarity with technical requirements and system configuration.
