5+ years call center IVR application development, customization and maintenance
Agent desktop softphone, computer telephone integration (CTI), speech recognition, outbound dialer, work force optimization/analytics, recording, reporting, quality management
VXML, XML, TTS
AACC scripting / routing

Unix scripting and some Unix administration
Tomcat server – application deployment and maintenance
