Technical Recruiters Required.....BUSINESS ANALYST (LOCALS ONLY)

Position: 4

Duration: 1 year

Interviews: Phone plus a face to face

 

 

1.       Business Analyst:

 

Section #1: Purpose (Identify Business Need)

Need a Business Analyst to support high level requirements gathering for the following FY14 projects:

·         CMD SW infrastructure Upgrade project

***Section #2: Scope of Services (Identify specific activities that must be  performed to produce the  project deliverables)

               

Responsible for the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of Project Charters, High Level business requirements, use cases and other duties as assigned.

 

**Section #3: Description of Deliverables(List each deliverable)

 

§  Document project initiation details and high-level scope including project charters

§  Utilize a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assess business needs and identify business priorities.

§  Establish liaison relationship with business partners in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

§  Document As-Is and To-Be business models incorporating process and data models.

§  Develop, write, and communicate requirements for the implementation of business solutions.

§  Document User Acceptance test plans.

§  Document user test cases and validate test results during user acceptance testing.

§  Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure successful project completion.

§  Prepare weekly reports for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.

§  Investigate, resolve and escalate problems.

§  Promote an understanding of IT roles, processes and activities to the business units.

§  Support and participate in the formal reporting of project status. 

§  Assist in the development of user test cases and validates test results during user acceptance testing.

2.       Business Analyst – Mobile Service:

 

Section #1: Purpose (Identify Business Need)

Need a Business Analyst to support high level requirements gathering for the following FY14 projects:

·         Mobile Rider Apps in iOS, Android and Windows

·         Conductor Mobile Device

***Section #2: Scope of Services (Identify specific activities that must be  performed to produce the  project deliverables)

               

Responsible for the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of Project Charters, High Level business requirements, use cases and other duties as assigned.

 

**Section #3: Description of Deliverables(List each deliverable)

3.       Business Analyst – Infra services

4.       Business Analyst – Risk Management

 

Section #1:Purpose(Identify Business Need)

To hire a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the requirement gathering and requirements management of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)  framework and tool 

 

***Section #2: Scope of Services(Identify specific activities that must be  performed to produce the  project deliverables)

           

Responsibilities include facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization, developing, reporting and monitoring formats on risk management issues and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization and documenting them as business requirements for senior stakeholders. 

This current phase of the project will be to develop or build a foundation for Business Risk Management

  • To build executive-level support
  • To strengthen core team and operating model
  • To align expectations through a risk management commitment process
  • To develop segment-level risk Management commitments

**Section #3:Description of Deliverables(List each deliverable)

 

To collect business requirements in order to establish, create and maintain risk management system: Strong experience in implementing an Enterprise Risk Management framework including the following:

·                Strong understanding and/or implementation of a Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Maturity Model

·                Sound understanding of and ability to apply both qualitative and quantitative Risk Management theories, tools and techniques.

·                Identify appropriate responsible parties for risk ownerships and allocate register entries.

·                Structure and populate the risk management tool, enable user training and establish/implement the process for regular status reviews.

·                Organize, frame and facilitate risk workshops

·                Engage with multiple project and stakeholder personnel to gather data in order to develop/refresh the Reporting Dashboard.

·                Challenge and encourage alternate views to fully explore potential scenario outcomes.

·                Stimulate identification of mitigating actions and qualitative impact and likelihood assessments.

·                Secure buy-in from team members.

·                Assess and establish appropriate probability distributions for each element.

·                Analyze and iterate the model output and develop overview presentation material to explain the results and key schedule risk areas.

·                Develop overview reports of risk/opportunity status for management.

·                Present risk management status to Project Leadership Team & generate monthly risk management reports

·                Interface with project team members to discuss and challenge risk status and close out references.

·                 Interpret and explain Risk Analysis output to Project Leadership and Review teams.

 


 

**Section #4: Technologies, Tools, Languages, Platforms, Applications the Candidate Will Be Working With

 

  • Technologies Candidate Will Use:

 

 

 

 

  • Minimum 7 years industry experience as Risk Management Analyst
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience facilitating risk / opportunity brainstorming workshops
  • Fully versed with Risk Management and Analysis principles, techniques and industry standard tools.
  •  
  • Technologies Candidate Should Understand or Be Aware Of:
  • Strong Microsoft SharePoint 2010 experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Access and PowerPoint experience.
  • Candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Project
  •  
  • Other

 

  • Minimum 7 years industry experience as Risk Management Analyst
  • Minimum 7 years industry experience as Business Analyst
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience facilitating risk / opportunity brainstorming workshops
  • Fully versed with Risk Management and Analysis principles, techniques and industry standard tools, such as Pertmaster and Risk.
  • Experience in managing small teams of junior personnel.
  •
