We have an urgent requirement of Senior .Net Developer with one of our direct client in WA.
Position: Dot Net Developer
Location: Olympia,WA
Interview: Telephonic
Duration: 12 Months
Contractor Deliverables:
· Provide analysis, development, testing and implementation services in support of the Report Card.
· Be available during core business hours at the workstation provided and assigned by Agency at the AgencyApplication Development work site. Resources associated with this contract are expected to work on-site.
· Participate in work status meetings.
· Develop clear understanding of the data extract and transformation into the Agency Report Card.
· Document work completed.
· Complete accurate estimates for all work items assigned.
· Complete all development assignments.
· Design and exercise unit and integration test plans.
· Document all development work in accordance with the defined work management process
· Be proficient in using Visual Studio 2010 including team foundation server, SQL Server 2005 & 2008 including SQL Server Management Studio, configuring IIS 6 & 7, and suing Visual Studio 2008 for database projects.
A. Mandatory Skills and Experiencefor proposed candidates:
| · Senior to expert level SQL developer with at least five (5) years of SQL experience |
| · MSSQL relational database design and development of stored procedures, functions and views. |
| · One year experience using Entity Framework 4.0 |
| · ASP .NET 4.0 application development |
| · Object Oriented Programming in C# |
| · Proven ability to translate requirements into formal test cases, test scripts and run test and collect test evidence. |
| · Experience in conducting and participating in structured code reviews. |
| · Experience using TFS and VS 2010 for source code management and assignment tracking. |
B. Highly Desired Skills and Experiencefor proposed candidates:
| · Demonstrated knowledge or experience in state, district or school data systems. |
| · Demonstrated knowledge or experience with state government data systems. |
| · Detail oriented |
| · Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment |
| · Demonstrated experience performing MSSQL administration functions. |
| · Demonstrated experience refactoring existing code sets. |
| · Demonstrated experience using powershell |
