Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expert implementation/configuration experience in SAP PS, FI, and CO modules.
This position will be responsible for the PS, FI, and CO module configuration for North America on a global project team.
Will be working closely with our European colleagues on the team to successfully design configure and implement the project solution:
Provide daily production support to end-user community.
Work independently to provide requirements analysis and define the scope for new requirements and perform changes to existing functionality as required.
Coordinate with appropriate business and IT partners regarding recommendations and system changes.
Transform business requirements into functional & technical designs.
Participate in system integrated testing to ensure software requirements have been met.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for configuration & business processes.
Adhere to, support and participate in compliance initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
. 2+ years progressive and demonstrated experience in large global enterprises
. 5+ years experience SAP implementation and configuration using PS, FI and CO.
. Highly proficient in designing solutions and implementing project structures including WBS elements, networks, activities, date scheduling, easy cost planning, activity cost planning, material planning for projects, budgeting, availability controls, results analysis, and project cash flows.
. Demonstrated experience with Integration of projects to FI, CO, SD and MM modules of SAP
. Strong Microsoft Windows suite knowledge (Excel, Visio, PPT, Word etc..)
. Able to communicate clearly with peers as well as management.
. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
. Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
. The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
. Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation skills
. Ability and willingness to travel domestic and internationally 30%
