Tech Lead position for Xuber implementation Project
Job Description:-
Senior Developer/Architect with strong SQL database / ETL development skills to lead the data conversion effort for back office processing.
Participate in all technical discussions with the vendor; manage configuration, installation and builds of the back office software product suite;
Participate in other application architecture and development activities and has a clear understanding of the reinsurance business domains
Required qualifications:-
Minimum of 5 years as a Senior developer in reinsurance application development with experience in building reinsurance applications including underwriting, claims and accounting
Minimum 5 Years of experience with large data conversion / ETL project with data mining and analysis preferably within the reinsurance domain
Reinsurance knowledge is a must with exposure to reinsurance accounting including general ledger, accounts receivables and payables and claims with a big plus
Understand Data Modeling and RDMS logical and physical concepts
Experience managing a code base as part of a team using TFS and Visual Studio 2012
Experience with SharePoint 2012 for document management
Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn a new product and a new business domain. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2)Title: Test Lead

Job Description:-
Test lead with Testing SDLC knowledge and experience in Reinsurance knowledge (Reinsurance project experience is a must )
Manual functional testing experience
Ability to write test cases from requirements
Overall knowledge and experience in the Testing Life Cycle
Understand reinsurance domain and can develop a model of engagement for testing including testing strategy.

3)Title: Sharepoint Lead

Job Description:-
Should have sound hands-on experience on architecture and implementation of Sharepoint 2013 projects.
Should be able to work with the customer, study their current Sharepoint environment and architect & propose model to implement Sharepoint 2013 at enterprise level as document management system for their reinsurance/insurance business.
Should have a strong re-insurance (preferable) or at least insurance domain background.
Should have sound knowledge on all Sharepoint features like, “Cloud App model”, integration of share point into outlook and other external system interfaces.
Should have an exposure to other Microsoft Technologies like .NET Framework, Visual Studio online, etc.,.
Strong interpersonal skills and willing to take individual responsibilities.
