Required Skills:

• Leading a team of business analysts, gathering requirements for a complex project.   ,Qualifications must include planning, organizing and assigning staff to research, gathering and evaluating business process requirements, encourages stakeholders to resolve issues with design specifications, evaluating project timelines and priorities.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).  Proof of certification required.
• Facilitating JAD sessions, conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups and workshops then analyzing the stakeholder’s business needs and converting those into functional requirements.
• Experience in software requirements management including requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation.
• Experience in performing Business Process Modeling, Gap Analysis, Process Improvement, and Re-engineering on Medium to Large-scale IT projects, describing the As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Experience in writing Use Cases/User Stories, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Business Rules, Traceability Matrix and Work Flow Diagrams.
