Mandatory Skills: Java / J2EE

• Has worked on Onsite – Offshore model and understand the challenges involved in this model

Essential Skills:
• Good at Requirements capture
• Low Level Design
• Development of complicated code modules
• Acceptance testing
• To produce quality technical documentation
• To decompose technical tasks and provide estimates
• To understand and adhere to technical processes such as code reviews.
Technical Skills:
• Must have experience and knowledge of current Java technologies and methodologies, and hands-on experience in the following:
• The application of design patterns
• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Development of Document Style and RESTFul Web Services
• Relational databases (Primary Sybase, Idea on Oracle)
• Object-relational Mappers (e.g., Hibernate)
• JUnit
• Maven
• JSP/Servlets
• Web front-end experience (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
Must be aware of EXT-JS
