Description:
Role and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities will be to architect, design and deliver well-designed software using WebCenter Portal 11g
Review and assess current WebCenter Portal Design/Architecture
Assist with the review, analysis and resolution of WebCenter Portal issues
Review existing application and understand the architecture and capabilities
Ability to articulate risks and recommend project approaches and solutions
Interface and coordinate with other teams whenever required
Understand and review functional/ nonfunctional requirements
Required Skills
Overall 10 years of architecting/designing portal applications
3-5 years of developer experience in WebCenter Portal 11g platform
Hands-on experience large end to end Oracle WebCenter Portal 11g implementations as Technical Architect
Strong knowledge of Oracle Coherance Cache and its integration with Oracle Web Center
Strong knowledge of Oracle Universal Content Manager (UCM) and its integration with Oracle Web Center
Strong knowledge of ADF, ADF Faces, ADF Task Flow, Data controls and ADF Business Components
Possess deep knowledge of the Oracle WebCenter and have successfully delivered web based portal applications
Understanding of design principals, patterns and best practices
Experience in designed UML diagrams using Visio, writing conceptual design documents
Desired Characteristics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented ; Ability to multitask
Excellent problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Local candidate preferred; Stable career history
