Position: SAP SD Order to Cash Consultant
Duration: 3+ months contract
Start Date: 1/6/2014
End Date: 4/30/2014
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Qualifications:
- Should have worked at least 4end to end SAP SD Implementation right from requirement gathering, Gap-Fit analysis, to-be analysis & documentation, Configuration, Testing, Training and Developments
- Configuration and Support experience in SAP Sales & Distribution Module - Definition and assignment of Enterprise structure , Inquiry, Quotation, Sales orders, Item category determination, copy control, pricing , pricing routines, billing plans, account determination, Output determination, Tax determination, Text determination, partner determination, Credit Management and Returns , Pricing Promotions, Delivery processing, Cross-company Sales, Intercompany transfers thru STO and shipping, batch management, HU / pallet label
- Exp in design and implementation involving of custom enhancement for interfacing online B2B Web application to SAP, for entering online orders.
- Exp in working on SAP and and Sales Force interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with XML files for Order schedule, Confirm Ship and Invoices and Refund transaction events / messages in Retail business
- Worked on various Order processing enhancements surrounding sales order user exit fulfilling scenarios for fixed delivery date, loading date, manual change of Route determination on sales orders.
- Expertise customization of Pricing in Sales and Distribution by defining Pricing Procedure, Condition Table's Access Sequence, and Condition Type using Condition Technique, created Price, Freight Cost, Discount and Tax Condition Types as per the business requirements.
- Experience with a good majority of EDI transactions: 850, 810, 875, 880, 856, 867, 940, 945 and 214
- Proficient in logistics execution functionalities like outbound delivery processing, Picking, Goods Issue, Bill of Lading and Warehouse Management, batch management includes experience in SD-MM-FI integration touch points.
- Should able to prepare Test scenarios for Sales orders , STOs, Intercompany sales delivery Processing and billing, invoice documents including Vistex incentive life cycle.
- Worked extensively on identifying RICEF factors, their documentation, and worked in a team to create RICEF functional designs. Designed specifications for sales KPI reports and open order reports.
- Proven ability to work in both independent and team work environments and adapt at working on onsite-offshore models
