Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Description:
5+ years Oracle Applications DBA, Installed, built and configured Apps Database, Application DB performance tuning, Strong problem solving abilities.
Extensive experience working on RAC.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years as an Oracle Applications DBA (w/R12, 11.5.10 experience) Must have 12.1.3 experience
Experience with ASM
Experience with tools such as OEM, Oracle ADI, XML Publisher and Workflow
Basic understanding of Oracle backup and recovery methodologies (RMAN a plus)
Experience in database reorganization, migration, capacity planning and high-availability.
Highly skilled in SQL performance tuning
Experience in using automation tools (Chef preferred) a plus.
