·         5+ years of comprehensive and practical experience with Microsoft AD architecture design, implementation, maintenance and support for 5,000+ seat environments

·         Comprehensive experience designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments with DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Global Catalog, and replication between sites

·         Developed AD Requirements Specification

·         Developed AD Design Specification

·         Developed AD Migration Plan

·         Implemented new AD Design for 5,000+ seat environments

·         Networking protocols including TCP/IP addressing, subnets, VLANs, routing, TCP and UDP, and firewall rules

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a demonstrated ability to achieve high customer satisfaction in high pressure environment

·         Proven experience working on projects through the entire project lifecycle, while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in the following areas:

 

·         AD Application Mode,

·         AD Federation Services,

·         Identity Lifecycle Manager,

·         Microsoft Identity Integration Server,

·         DNS and DHCP,

·         Trusts and Group Policy Objects (GPO)

·         Directory Services and Branch Office Deployments

·         IT operations and optimization

·         AD Migration, AD migration tools: MS ADMT, Quest Migration Manager for AD

·         Core Windows Services and Protocols

·         Windows Security Architecture

·         Certificate Services

·         Clustering and Load Balancing

·         Core Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

·         AD Replication Schemes, Directory virtualization, Authentication providers (NTLM,

·         Kerberos Claims, Etc.),

·         LDAP query language.

·         Backup and recovery of AD systems
