Position: Java/J2EE Developer
Location: Seattle, WA (need only locals)
Duration: 6 months with a possible extension up to 1 year
Rate: $50 - $55/hr on C2C is max
*Face-Face interview is mandatory*
Description:
• 2+ years' experience as a Software Engineer.
• Must have 2+ years of Object Oriented server-side development and design experience in a multi-tiered environment.
• 2+ years solid experience implementing Web-based systems in high volume enterprise-class environments.
• 2+ years software development experience with Linux, Apache, Tomcat, J2EE (preferably Tomcat), Java, SQL, Maven, Eclipse.
• 2+ years' experience with junit required.
• Knowledge of MVC architecture.
• 1+ years' experience as a user of enterprise-class configuration management software (such as IBM Rational ClearCase or Perforce) preferred
• Experience with XML structure and transformation technologies (such as XSD, XSL, etc) required.
Preferences
- Experience on integration with systems in the financial domain (e.g. creditcard systems, identity management, payment tech etc.)
- Experience on an agile team using Scrum, XP, Crystal, etc.
- Experience on SOA integration
- Experience on Vesta integration
