HTML/CSS Web Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE
Hourly Rate: DOE- please be competitive
Length: 1 year +
• 5+ years of HTML and CSS experience with the ability to hand-code
• 2-5 years experience with web standards and CSS-driven layouts
• Thorough understanding of cross-browser and platform compatibility issues
• Experience with mobile platform development is a plus
• 2-5 years experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Fireworks for producing and optimizing graphics for the Web
• Knowledge of other Web development and graphic design software, including Illustrator and Flash, is a plus
• Knowledge of AJAX, including DOM scripting and object-oriented JavaScript coding, is a plus
• Must possess strong design skills including screen layouts, information design, and typography.
• Must have understanding of user-centered design principles and a great eye for detail.
• Able to develop innovative approaches to complex design problems and can convey ideas into tangible form.
• Experience with agile methodologies a plus
