Responsible for Customer Satisfaction. Resolve any issue/conflicts within own set of projects and other projects if applicable Responsible for project/s related plans such as: Risk management plan, Communication plan, and configuration management plan. Improve customer relations by way of effective communication, managing expectation and meeting commitments. Contribute to the business development activity and budget proposal of the Program or Practice. Guide Project Leads or Team Leads in project planning, tracking and administration. Recruit budgeted manpower and develop their competencies to match current needs of the project(s). Keep abreast of technical & organizational developments in own professional field. Experience related to highly available, web-based, enterprise Java application Designing, documenting, and developing world-class enterprise applications leveraging the full spectrum of Java technologies and design patterns Collaborating with clients and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements Defining the scale and scope of projects including logical and physical landscape requirements, and the design, development, and deployment efforts Estimating work efforts required of the Java team for each phase of a project Mentoring consultants in development best practices, design principles, and advanced technologies Reviewing current development practices and developing enhancements to increase efficiency PMP Certification added advantage. Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills. Qualifications and Education Requirements: BE/BTech 9+ years working experience with atleast 3 years of Project Management experience Experience in Java/J2EE. thanks |
