Rate: $65-70/Hr on c2c all inclusive

At least one currenlty active Security Certifications from the following list: CISSP, CISM, GIAC is Must.

Schedule and conduct IT System and Non-System specific Risk Assessments in accordance with the Taxation Risk Management Program and Commonwealth IT Risk Assessment guidelines. Author corresponding reports, including risks, threats and corresponding recommendations.
Years of Experience:
5+ years work experience with ISO, NIST, COBIT, PCI, or equivalent compliance standard.
5+ years work experience performing solo IT based Risk Assessments.
2+ years work experience managing IT Risk programs and designing risk assessment processes and procedures.
2+ years work experience performing business analysis.
Possess at least one certification from the following: CRISC, CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
Job Description:
Schedule and conduct IT System and Non-System specific Risk Assessments in accordance with the Taxation IT Risk Management Program and Commonwealth IT Risk Assessment guidelines. Author corresponding reports, including risks, threats and corresponding recommendations. Oversee the scheduling, reporting and ongoing remediation efforts for reported risks.
Experience working with current and emerging information security technologies and development methodologies. Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred. Superb analytic and creative problem solving skills.
Requirements:
1. Expert knowledge of Risk Assessment, Access Control, Authentication and similar security controls
2. Expert knowledge of Windows and *nix Server hardening requirements
3. Expert knowledge of database and application security requirements
4. Expert knowledge of network security requirements
5. Expert knowledge of Commonwealth Security standards
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
