Need : Oracle R12 Technical/Functional Developer
Location : Remote will report to Manager in Knoxville, TN
Duration : 12 month

The position is 75% Remote work and 25% onsite. Candidates must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Specific Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions based on Oracle's ERP suite
Interact directly with customers on issue management
Manage projects of up to 6 months in duration
Provide leadership to a team of 6 developers in India
Provide both functional and technical consulting for use of Oracle's ERP solutions
Participate as a member of an 8 person North America based team supporting solutions globally in Alcoa
Travel to Alcoa locations to develop and deploy solutions
Essential Skills:
Functional consulting with expertise in Oracle EBS R12
Technical consulting with expertise in full suite of Oracle development tools
Knowledge/skills in multiple functional areas
OPM process manufacturing, specifically in the area of Cost/SLA
Sub-ledger accounting as it relates to process manufacturing
Specific skills related to Advanced Pricing in Oracle
Knowledge/ skills in Oracle RTP solution
Oracle Order Management
Upgrade experience from Oracle R11 to R12 i
R12 experience in OPM/SLA is a must
Advance knowledge in extensive GPP customizations a plus
