Project Duration:- 6-12 Mnths
Technical/Functional Skills:-
1)Extensive experience with IBM Java as developer
2) Experience with MVC Architecture.
3) Extensive experience in J2EE Framework like JSF,Structs
4) Experience in working as a web developer in Java
5) Must have excellent problem solving and analysis skills
6) Must be able to collaborate with peers
Mandatory Experience:- 6-7+ Years of IT experience
Roles & Responsibilities:-
1) Coordinate the work between Architect and Development team
2) Understand the work in both the areas(Architect & Design/ Development) and coordinate
3) Timely status reporting to Managers
4) Understand and Analyze project Risk and provide risk mitigation
5) Must have the domain and technical knowledge and act as a SME in the area.

2) Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
