• Extensive experience in working with the vMotion and Storage vMotion technology.
• Good understanding of RDM, Thin and Thick Provisioning, Zoning, LUN Masking concepts.
• Strong experience in configuring HA and DRS clusters, using EVC on as needed basis.
• Experience in P2V and V2V conversions using VMware vConverter.
• Excellent knowledge and experience using Veeam Backup and Monitoring Tools.
• Good expertise in Patch Management of ESX Hosts using VMware Update Manager.
• Experience with DNS/DFS/DHCP/WINS Standardizations and Implementations.
• Experience in Windows Server 2003 and 2008 server architecture and administration.
• Ability to lead, and own major projects from an operational level
