Knowledge in Commercial lines of Insurance. Knowledge on Mainframe added advantage.
Extensive QA and lead experience
Strong knowledge of SDLC, test strategy, methodology and processes
Successfully managed independent testing teams, right from Requirements reviews, test strategy formulations through test planning, test design and test executions.
Excellent Co-ordination and communication skills;
Must co-ordinate with business, IT team and other stakeholders
Ability to manage & co-ordinate offshore team
Core strengths must include excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in HP ALM/Quality Center
