Role	TIBCO AMX BW Developer
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• Hands on experience in TIBCO Active Matrix Service Grid and exposure to beta products • Command line working knowledge of UNIX • Implement advanced product features and frameworks • Understanding of TIBCO SOA design concepts • Ability to suggest/recommend TIBCO products for business requirements • Ability triage, debug and resolve application issues • Ability to work within a fast moving environment • Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Roles and responsibility	Responsible for design and development of al the TIBCO BW Componentsü  Interact with offshore teamsü  Work with the deployment and confuguration teamsü  Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasksü  Good written and oral communicationü  Explain design items through documents and white-board sessionsü
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Java, J2EE and Web Services
Total experience in required skill (years)	~7 years
Work Location	Schaumburg, IL
Duration	8 months
