Title: Windows / VMware Admin

Location: Milpitas, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description:

ü  Good Technical Knowledge in Planning and Implementing a Windows 2008 Active Directory Environment

ü  Good Technical Knowledge in Windows Server 2003/2008 Operating Systems and VMware vSphere 4.x and 5.x

ü  Additional Knowledge in  Exchange  2010, Citrix XenApp 6.0  and WSUS/SCCM

ü  Should have good skills on Enterprise level Patch and Threat Management and recommend deploying or not deploying new update and Risk assessment of update

ü  Experienced in Datacenter management

ü  Should coordinate with the 3rd party vendors like VMware, Microsoft , Citrix and Dell for enhancing the client environment to meet the global standard

ü  Should interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure the client standards are met

ü  Services are to be restored as quickly as possible, in a controlled and managed fashion, following an Incident the impact of an Incident on the Customer business operations is minimize

ü  Closely monitor the environment and identify top alert indicators and resolve those items that occur most frequently

ü  Evolving strategies along with Customer to maintain & enhance the quality of services for the existing business as well as new service requirements of the customer

ü  Coordinate with Multiple Tracks and ensure service delivery in a timely and professional manner

ü  Work Closely on Critical and High Tickets and meeting SLA and resolving within acceptable levels

ü  Excellent Rapport and Bridge between the Onsite Team and Offshore Team Members and understand the Onsite  /Offshore Model of Delivery and work on best practices
