Title : Business Intelligence Tech lead
Location : Radnor, PA( Need locals in 30 miles Radius )
Duration : 3+Months
Description
- This role will work closely with the chief architect and will be responsible for documenting the end-to-end design for projects.
- The resource will be assigned to multiple projects concurrently and will drive them through implementation.
- The resource will help define development procedures and methodologies and will serve as a mentor to other resources.

Responsibilities
3-5 years in-depth technical experience with Microsoft tool stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
Be able to advise on all aspects such as initial implementation, integration, disaster recovery, production migration, etc.
3-5 years in-depth technical experience with ETL & data movement technologies
Execution and delivery skills of a Technical Lead and the ability to drive solution design.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership & communication skills
including strong documentation tools skills using flowcharting/modeling/metadata
Ability to work with other organizations for Data Governance, Data Warehouse, Reporting, etc.
Experience leading technical resources and providing mentorship to developers
Experience establishing development processes and best practices
(Nice to have)
Experience with data warehouses and analytical environments
Experience with Mutual Funds organizations
Experience working with vendors and/or hosted data organizations
