Description:
Title: JAVA/J2EE Architect
Location: Beaverton, OR, Austin, TX
Duration: Long term

Job description:
 Minimum 10-12 + years IT experience with code development background in J2EE Technologies
Minimum 2 to 5 yrs in Application Architecture role.
Large Scale Web Based Application Development and Architecture Background is must
Hands on experience in performing solution design from requirements.
Minimum 3 to 4 yrs of J2EE based experience in a Web based environment.
Spring, hibernate, web service
Hands on Technology Experience with: J2EE/Spring Framework, SOA, XML, SQL Server or Oracle DB.
Leadership capability, to drive the team members towards strategic solution direction.
Experience with a range of software lifecycle development practices especially Waterfall, Scrum, and CMMi etc.
Experience leading peer Design & code reviews, mentoring others and help in developing talents of other team members
