PeopleSoft functional consultant with Payroll Interfaces

Location: Maplewood, MN

Duration: 6+ months

 

Candidates must possess excellent communication & presentations skills as this is a client facing role.

Role: The role will be that of a Payroll Interface Business Analyst.

PeopleSoft certifications will be good to have.

 
Must Have Skills
•    6+ years PeopleSoft HCM experience
•    6+ years of System Analysis/Development experience

•    Strong experience in Payroll Interfaces (PI) and Payroll Module

•    Excellent experience as a Business Analyst

•    6+ years of experience working in the different phases of SDLC development
•    6+ years of experience writing system requirements; understanding of data gathering/analysis; working with test plans/test cases Responsibilities:
•    Functional understanding of Payroll Interface modules, Core HR etc
•    Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
•    High degree of competence in analyzing user needs and providing solutions.
•    Knowledge/familiarity with SQR,  Application Designer,  PeopleCode,  Application Engine
•    Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously
•    Strong SQL skills

                
Modules: PeopleSoft Payroll, Payroll Interface
The candidates must be able to:
•    Interpret and analyze requirements
•    Perform configuration, requirement gathering & testing
•    Be an excellent team worker who can interact with customers, development and QA teams
•    Have excellent communication skills
