Technical Recruiters Need Sr. Java Dev. Must have both front and backend development

I have a Sr. Java Development opportunity in Boston, MA.  Must have both front and backend development. 

 

Location: Boston, MA

Length: 6+ months

 

Any Mobile or Sencha experience a big Plus

 

 

Job Title: Senior Java Developer

·        Will be a key resource in designing and implementing a new compliance system.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Collaborate with business analysts and designers in the development of a rich internet web application.

·        Research, document, design and implement program requirements and specifications.

·        Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.

Required Skills/Experience

·        7+ years experience developing Java and Java EE based enterprise applications.

·        Proven experience implementing mission critical applications that have been deployed to production environments is a must (sustaining engineer roles not desired).

·        Financial Services industry experience is desired.

·        Strong development experience with JSP, Servlets, Spring, EJB 3, and Hibernate, is a must.

·        Experience with business integration using Java Messaging Service is is a must.

·        Experience using HTML 4, CSS, JavaScript (JQuery experience would be a plus).

·        Knowledge of the ZK Java Web Framework would be a plus.

·        Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases such as Oracle.

·        Knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL

·        Experience in object oriented analysis and design.

·        Experience with JUnit/TestNG, Maven, and SVN

·        Knowledge of Hudson would be a plus.

·        A quick learner with the ability to handle development tasks with minimum supervision.

·        Strong Team player and works well with others.

 

Education Requirement

·        Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or technical major is required.
