Process of Green Card Filing in EB2 Category
· We process the Green Card for the candidates upon completion of one month of employment with IT America.
· We can file for the labor as the first step towards the GC processing in EB2 category.
· If some is already having I-140 approved on EB3, we can file for the labor in EB2 and port the priority date.
· It is normally taking anywhere from 2 to 6 months to get the labor approval. Average 120 days. Then I-140, which can be premium process. After that wait for priority date to become current and file for I-485.
