Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:
•Very strong background in ITIL and IT Service Management processes
•Deep knowledge and background supporting service management systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or other best-in-class CRM platforms.
•Architecture and deployment experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform in an Enterprise environment
•Excellent oral and written communication skills; including process documentation.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills.
•Knowledge of tools, processes, and operations planning.
•Experience working with IT development staff on complex projects.
•Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices as well as solution architecture.
•Strong analysis, project management, and reporting capabilities.
•Strong technical background with advanced personal computer skills including: Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, and Excel, SQL, Java script.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and principles
Generic Managerial Skills:
•Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
