We have an urgent requirement of QA Manager consultant with Healthcare experience one of our direct client in MN.
 

Position 2

Engagement Description: Client is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager to assist the department with the development of a complex web application and database for the Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange (MNHIX). An Exchange is an organized competitive marketplace to facilitate the comparison, choice and purchase of health care coverage for individuals and employees of small businesses.

 

The Sr. Quality Manager will achieve the following:

 1. Ensure quality of requirements and designs are sufficient to build the vendor provided COTS solution.

 2. Ensure vendor s system testing is thorough and complete.

 3. Plan the UAT event and assemble the UAT team to write and execute test scripts.

 

The Successful candidate must:

1. Take ownership for the quality of the Health Exchange system by ensuring the vendor deliverables are satisfactory, the business requirements are complete, workflow designs support business needs, vendor system testing meets exit criteria, and effectively leading the UAT team.

2. Understand the discipline of testing and how to effectively implement a testing process while fulfilling the traditional leadership roles of a manager.

3. Manage and implement or maintain an effective testing process and create a test infrastructure that supports robust communication and a cost-effective testing framework.

4. Define and implement the role testing plays within the organization.

5. Define the scope of testing

6. Deploy and manage the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate

7. Implement and evolve appropriate measurements and metrics Manage and grow testing assets required for meeting the testing mandate
