Job Description:
The major emphasis of this position will be to lead and gather requirements which includes research and cross project work. The position will be providing comprehensive consultation to the business and technical areas in recommending business solutions, keeping in mind efficiency of these processes. This position must be able to capture conceptual ideas, determine key process measurement objectives for successful benefit realization and ensure communication/understanding between and among business units. Role may require leading moderately complex JAR sessions with project sponsors and stakeholders. The role also requires conducting interviews, scheduling and coordinating work sessions and documenting the outcomes. The candidate must work in a team environment and take personal responsibility for their deliverables. The selected candidate must be a seasoned proactive self starter that can move forward with limited direction needed.

* Some contingency or disaster recovery experience with Healthcare is needed.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate JAR sessions are essential.
* Candidate must be knowledgeable about the RUP Business Modeling discipline, be able to complete UML & RUP artifacts related to Business Process Analysis, Process Requirements, and Business Rules.
* This position requires the following competencies: a team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in oral and written communication; high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently and follow-through on assignments.
* The incumbent must have a solid background in the understanding of process analysis/mapping using RequisitePro and ClearCase tools.
* The individual should have the ability to provide quick assessment of data; interact with various levels of management; and expert knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a strong ability to effectively integrate information using multiple software packages.
* The incumbent must be able to read, interpret and apply output of software tools, such as Visio, and Project 2000. Demonstrated experience using iterative product development methodologies including creating and mentoring others in the creation of UML artifacts, RUP methodology, and Rational modeling tools is preferred.
* Experience should focus on Business Modeling and Requirements Gathering/Management, although complete lifecycle experience is preferred.
* Understanding of Project Management Methodology and Agile development is a plus.
* Contingency and Disaster Recovery experience a plus.
