Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Exchange
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with an enterprise-scale Active Directory environment
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience, building, troubleshooting and resolving system infrastructure outages
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working as a senior engineer
• Minimum 3 years of professional
• Minimum 2 years experiences with VMware ESX / Microsoft Hyper-V or similar OS virtualization technologies
• Team oriented and able to lead and drive technical solutions"
Roles and responsibility
• Lead Engineer for Microsoft technology-enabled capabilities in one or more lines of support.
• Collaborates with business partners, IT organizations, application owners, regional IT teams, to present technologies, solutions and obtains and gathers working and operational requirements.
• Conducts research and development of new services, products and technologies.
• Defines architecture for a global infrastructure, including Design, Engineering, hardware and software specifications
• Reviews with Infrastructure Managers all designs and engineering changes for approval to include production changes
• Level 3 support of Active Directory, DNS, and related components of a global Microsoft Suite structure
• Supports Operations and Engineering teams in resolving escalated Tier 3 incident and outages
• Establishes clear lines of communication with leadership and peer engineers
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Participate in maintenance window activities.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience with configuration and troubleshooting of VPNs and associated technologies.
• Microsoft MCSE and related certifications
• 4-year college degree
