Technical/Functional Skills     :   
•    Technical skillset: Need to have hands on experience on the below mentioned skills:
o    Java OO programming
o    JavaScript and jQuery
o    Tomcat and JBoss Servers
o    HTML5 and AJAX
Experience Required       
•    5+ years of solid Java OO programming experience
•    JavaScript and jQuery experience required
•    Experience with TomCat and JBoss needed
•    Experience with HTML5, AJAX, NoSQL, EDA a plus
•    Experience with agile development; need to be able to adapt quickly
•    Need a strong developer not a coder
Roles & Responsibilities    :   
1.    Analyzing requirements on enhancements and proposing solutions for current application.
2.    Estimating effort required.
3.    Guiding the team during design and mitigating technical difficulties
4.    Application support & maintenance
5.    System Analysis of the current applications
6.    Technical Documentation
