Job Description

Embedded Software Developer working on Engineering the Control System powering Next Generation Semiconductor Equipment.

 

Summary

We are looking for passionate, results-oriented Software Engineers who would be responsible to develop and test SW to be used in the Common Architecture driving the Next Generation Semiconductor Lithography Equipment.

In addition to working on challenging and meaningful Engineering Development, you'll have a chance to work among thought leaders and the best talent in engineering Semiconductor Capital Equipment.

Responsibilities include

• Generate software requirements, design documents, interface control documents and unit test plans.
• Conform to the approved Software Development Process and Program Development Processes, and is an active champion of process improvement.
• Adhere to Software Development Process/Lifecycle.
• Discover and negotiate system requirements, and flesh out designs.

Skills / Abilities:

• Must know C / C++
• Must have worked on VxWorks RTOS mandatory.
• Should have, as a part of a team, or as an individual, worked on requirements management

Education / Experience

• M.S in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• 3+ years of software development experience in UNIX or equivalent environment using C++
• Previous experience with Semiconductor Equipment Companies is an added advantage

Reporting Relationship:

Will report to the Sr. Manager, SW Engineering.
