.10+ years of relevant experience with 6 - 8 years in SAP CRM (Sales and Service).
.Familiar with CRM implementation cycle.
.Implementation experience with Lead, Account and Contract Mgmt process - Understands SPRO settings.
.Have handled CRM Master Data - familiar with master data challenges and upload cycle.
.Understanding of Master Data Archival process - Familiarity should be there.
.Excellent communication skills - They expect this lead to communicate with their business team as well.
