Role: Bioinformatics Application Support Consultant / Developer
Location: East Hannover, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

The ideal candidate would be about 5+ years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in Pharma & Bioinformatics

 

·         Strong expertise in working with applications for biological data analysis and biological data management.

·         Experienced in working with clinical data requiring HIPAA compliance.

·         Experienced in working with lab-automation instruments for histopathology lab.

·         Experienced of working with databases

·         Experienced in working with various application architectures in Bioinformatics arena - desktop standalone, client-server and web-server based.

·         Experienced in working with Windows and Unix OS and managing both test and production environments.

·         Experienced in developing processes for application support, maintenance and packaging. Also developed FAQs, knowledgebase and other relevant documentation for various applications.
