Position: QA Automation Engineer
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Olympia, WA
Required Skills:

Strong experience in designing, implementing and maintaining software test automation frameworks/solutions - Proven skills in developing, documenting and implementing automation testing standards and guidelines
- Strong expertise in building complex automated test scripts using HP Quick Test Pro
- Strong expertise in developing performance test plans, creating and maintaining test scenarios/scripts for performance, load and stress testing using LoadRunner
- Experience in Working with Microsoft Test Manager
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle processes and development methodologies
- Strong experience in application development using programming languages such as Java or C#
- In depth knowledge of the QA testing principles and strategies
- Strong experience in manual testing, developing test plans and writing test cases
- Strong experience in working with relational databases and backend testing using complex SQL queries
- Strong hands on experience with test management tool, HP ALM/Quality Center
- Experience in logging and tracking defects using IBM Rational ClearQuest
- Experience in working with version control systems such as SVN, VSS or TFS
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, work closely with business, testing and development teams
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
