Job Description:

 

The developer in this position will partner with various business stakeholders to identify and gather business intelligence that add value to the Collaborations Online Operations Team.  This data will be displayed in the form of KPI dashboards and ADHOC reports built on the Company's business intelligence software suite.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

*             Interact with report owners to establish and clarify development requirements

*             Designing KPI dashboards and reports

*             Developing ETLs of structured and non-structured data

*             Debug and resolve user problems through collaboration with IT operations

*             Other duties as dictated by the rhythm of the business

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

 

*             4+ years of business intelligence development experience

*             2-3 years of dashboard and reporting development experience

*             2-3 years of C#, PowerShell, and .Net development experience

*             Solid foundation in SQL Databases, Metadata Management, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS

*             Strong collaboration and analytical skills

*             Strong software design and architectural skills

*             Ability to deal well with rapid changes and ambiguity

*             BS in computer science or equivalent work experience

 

Preferred Skills:

 

*             Experience working with large scale online services a plus

*             SharePoint development experience a plus

*             System Center experience a plus

*             Product Studio and Source Depot experience a plus
