Title: Java Business Process Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12+ Months


Job Duties:
• You will be working directly with the Corporate Applications team responsible for the support of the Employee Management System (EMS)
• Will work closely with the Technical Team (Java Developers) and the business to map out the Business Processes that occur within the EMS Application
• The main task of this role is to fully and completely map out all the business processes that are executed within the EMS Application. 
• Will be working for the Portal Technologies Manager and All deliverables will be reviewed and accept by the Portal Technologies Manger
• Responsible for effective business communication competency to uncover the story that is buried under the business processes, excellent verbal and writing to present functional and business cases
• Preparing detailed documentation (process diagrams & reports). Facilitating sessions with customers to identify process improvements 
• Work closely with the EMS Business Ownertoensure all process design documents for new services are updated at the end of the projects

Skills and Experience Needed
Required Skills:
• 1-3 years of Process Improvement Methodology experience
o LEAN or Six Sigma 
• 5-7 years of Business Analysis Experience
• 1-3 years of BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT experience
• 1-3 years of BUSINESS PROCESS AND VALUE CHAIN MODELING COMPETENCY
• 1-3 years of SOA KNOWLEDGE
• 1-3 years of EMS knowledge
