·         7-8 years administration experience on 7.0

·         3-4 years experience on IBM WebSphere MQ

·         Will be doing Blue Squared support

·         Will be working with end plan users

·         MUST have good communication

·         Experience with end client users

·         BCBS experience would also be a plus
