Skill set:

• Experience in system development projects, preferably in Health and Human Services.
• Experience as Software Test Lead or Software Test Manager.
• Experience with Child Support Enforcement systems.
• Experience with a structured software testing methodology.
• Experience with software test automation (preferably Quality Center and QTP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; including technical writing skills.
• Requirements Analysis (including modeling techniques and methods).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
