Project Manager 2 Positions
8 mos
First Position
Project is working with the client product website with the redefining the online user experience and functionality of the site. This is in the Brokerage area that will be across cross functional groups. Top 3 skillsets to focus on:
1. Financial industry experience – doesn't need to be tied to Brokerage but FI experience.
2. Experience in working in a matrix environment along with high interaction with a leaders across groups (communication, presentation, etc.)
3. Years of experience in this role will also be reviewed in who they will select for interview
Second Position
This position is more geared towards a program manager role in working across multiple groups and projects to take the information and condense it to provide the leaders the appropriate information. This is not a technical PM but more heavy on change and implementation management. Working with leaders from presenting and daily communication. Financial industry is not as important for this position.
Top skillsets to focus on:
1. Experience working in a matrix environment where there is ambiguity and being able to continue to drive and lead a project.
2. Change management experience along with working through implementation plans of projects.
3. Experience working with a leadership team from presentation, communication and driving projects from more of a program level.
Focus on:
- Experience with leading teams of 20+ more resources that have 50+ stakeholders.
- Experience working and resolving issues within a matrixed environment.
- Experience with large and complex projects and developing implementation plans that go across many different groups within a large organization.
Projects include:
•ONE Uplift: project will deliver product features designed to enhanced clients' ability to manage cash within a brokerage account.
•Advisor Compensation: project will deliver enhancements to the advisor compensation system and programs.

Project manager will lead multiple projects.
All projects share the following characteristics:
•PM will lead core team of approximately 20 members with 50+ stakeholders. The project is part of a larger program that includes multiple owners. The PM will need to "lead up" and across to manage scope in a matrixed environment.
•Fast paced with multiple constraints including multiple technology cross-commits and schedule constraints.
•Project manager will be responsible for developing and leading robust implementation plans
