Program Manager
Location: Secaucus NJ
Duration: Full Time Perm Opening
Salary: 140k plus 20% target bonus (14% personal perf and 6% co) paid annual
Qualifications: (Education and experience)
Comply with client policies and procedures, including but not limited to SOX, PC & PNA
Determine logical solutions
Use broad systems thinking
Be creative/innovative
Undergraduate degree in related field
8 years of IT experience with a focus on; managing the customer engagement process, the delivery of IT services to the customer, IT Budgeting, IT Service planning, exposure or experience in business operations
Minimum of 5 years project management experience
Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification desired
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
Six Sigma certification desired
Home building, commercial building, stadium projects, or restaurant construction and/or B2B experience required.
Scope:
Manage business unit relationships and projects.
Manage a staff of 1-5 members; prepare development plans, participate in the employee performance process, assess resource loads and make work assignments
Interface with all levels of the client, client IT and vendor organizations.
Ensure compliance with all IT policies and procedures
Identify and research problems
Business Planning
Participate in yearly Business Planning Process to insure the proper level of IT support is enabled to meet the desired business needs.
Participate in monthly business achievement meetings. Insure that any IT deficiency is identified and corrected.
Business Relationship
Build and maintain consultative relationships with business unit executives and management.
Represent the voice of the business unit within IT and support the business unit in defining and quantifying the value that IT brings to its business.
Insure alignment of IT services with business unit needs and priorities.
Represent and communicate the PNA IT strategy to the business unit.
Act as the primary interface and escalation point with client for business unit projects.
Coordinate and facilitate communications and information sharing with the appropriate client and domain IT organizations.
Responsible for the activities in multiple business units.
Manage the communication of critical service issues to the customer's senior management
Approve the annual business unit service plan and budget
Conduct quarterly service plan reviews, approve the results and report to management
Request for Services
Plan, initiate and coordinate business unit requests for services
Develop business requirements definition, business case development and request prioritization
Secure management and financial approvals
Provide project oversight, status reporting and problem escalation
Provide consolidated/summary reports to senior management
Escalate issues and take corrective action
