Functional consultant -Payroll
• 6 to 8 years experience working in PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 and 9.1, especially in Global Payroll Support and Maintenance and / or Implementation projects.
• Coordinates and performs activities related to the Requirement gathering, Gap Fit analysis, design, and support of application software for PeopleSoft HCM modules with payroll, as well as several other related applications
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead a team.
• Uses deep business knowledge of multiple businesses or sub domains to drive PeopleSoft HCM Projects
• Experience designing and configuring PeopleSoft applications.
• Possess Functional and Technical knowledge on various modules of PeopleSoft HCM Solutions ( Global Payroll is mandatory).
• Experience using a systematic approach for problem analysis and resolution as well as the resourceful evaluation of solution alternatives
• Ability to effectively work and collaborate with business users
• Basic Knowledge of Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, COBOL, PS Query, Crystal and nVision.
• Able to translate customer's requirements and issues into efficient solutions.
